That being said I've only come across 1 or 2 clients in Canberra over the years who have mentioned to me that they weren't able to claim with their heath funds. So you can easily pay after the treatment with cash, pay ID, direct bank transfer. I have a square system so you can tap your card and pay that way if preferred.

I have had discussions on this topic at the clinic and it is acceptable as long as I am not directly trying to poach business, which I have not, I love the team there and I wish to continue to be apart of it. I do understand however with my regular clients that sometimes the mobile option is a better suit and I have had my mobile clients also come into the clinic in times when the mobile option isn't suitable. In the end, what matters is what is the best option for you.

Yes, I do regularly treat some returning clients at night 8pm most nights. They are not listed because I want to know where I am going to and who I am seeing. The reason why it's 8pm is because I have 2 young boys and I don't want to miss their bedtime routines and their bedtime story time still means the world to them.
