2 fantastic options, a remedial massage booking for 2 hours with one client, or 2 clients consecutively for one hour massage each, at the same location. Great option for couples who both have muscle aches or even just want to relax for an hour. The 2 hour massage however, That’s what I do this for and the idea in which the business is wrapped around. I can get so much done in 2 hours and really feel proud leaving knowing everything is feeling great. Countless times during an hour of massage it just isn’t enough to get everything the client is asking for treated and I felt I needed more time. Treatment could involve posture assessment, muscle testing. dry needling methods, sports taping. myofascial and trigger point therapy and an effective homecare plan involving stretching, strengthening exercises to make sure the issues you are having can be resolved in a timely manner.
